The envelopes were damaged and several of the prints were not printed straight on the page.

Several if the prints towards the end of the batch were not lined up correctly when printed which made for uneven borders

For professional cards these work out to great value for money

The quality was excellent but the order process a little confusing I only wanted one card and got ten and ten envelopes - I saw a deal for the first card at a special price so assumed that meant one card not ten! Still great service quick delivery good quality. Support was quick and accurate

I was really happy with most of my cards except my 2 artworks on watercolour which had unpainted backgrounds. The background printed grey instead of white. All my other artworks printed beautifully.

This is a standard blank card, designed by me. A fabulous price and quality!

I found the quality of the customised card to be of high standard and, am very satisfied and will certainly use Optimal Print in the future.

We were impressed with the quality of the product. However, we made a mistake when ordering “A5 folded”, and the cards we received were 2 times the size we thought we were ordering. Our fault - we did not double check the measurements. We think we can use the large cards and will reorder in the correct size.

Excellent quality cards

Business model for pricing is dreadful. Normal prices for most items are way way too expensive. It is impossible to justify the quoted prices and the offering of special deals is the only way to afford your services. This is very frustrating for a small business selling photographic prints, calendars, cards etc at small community markets. We must constantly keep watch on limited time special offers to obtain product we can onsell at realistic prices. I would like to see a better range of creative options in the Calendar template designs. Optimal is limited and poor compared with others e.g. Vista Print. Specifically no classic solid backgrounds available. Otherwise quality is very good and service excellent.

In general, very happy with optimalprint, but again this order there are some print faults. No doubt they will be replaced free of charge as usual.

Gloss print was patchy with the ink, dark brown trees had differing gloss- also disappointed with envelopes- like normal post envelopes bought in a pack

Good colour, clear lines, a great card.

Poor quality printing, the image looked dull and slightly blurred. It was hard to use the website to load the image so that might have been the problem.

Paid for express mail and goods arrived late, no refund offered.

I am very happy with the quality of the card used and the printing of this product however I was not 100% happy with the way my last order was packaged the front card of one set had one corner where a tiny little bit of print had rubbed off and it was a little bent, I have never had this issue with previous orders.
